Hello, internet! It’s been a minute. (more like 6 months)
Hopefully everyone is staying safe out there despite unwelcome levels of war, famine, pestilence, and death.
During these times of turmoil the creative process can be a fickle thing. Great art emerges all around us, though seemingly less reliably. While my own progress slowed considerably during these past few summer months I’m pleased to report that things have begun accelerating again in the studio: Firstly, the long tail of production details surrounding the upcoming special release of all three 2025 singles on cassette (only available via digital format until now) is wrapping up. Unique cover art for all three variants is coming along nicely and blank tapes are in the building.
Meanwhile, new Solid-State Sunlight tracks are emerging, honing the next album’s refined edge.
Will be sharing a lot more info in the near future so stay tuned for that. For now it’s been good to check in, enjoy a beverage, and provide early warning of grumbly synthesizer music.
